Next generation Infrastructure services for a global Coffee company

Project: 

Realignment of sourcing strategy and Re-tendering for state-of-the-art Infrastructure services managed by the global Center of Excellence and implemented across all local units. 

Challenge & Client Value: 

After contract expiration and several extensions and adjustments a new contract was inevitable. Standardized IT services in a global company with more than 30 countries and diversified users was an enormous challenge, especially when the business case was very tight. Extending the scope forced the incumbent supplier to transform their services but also gave the opportunity to consider a broad range of new contestants.

Whitebridge Consulting was asked to deliver the solution to these challenges i.e. the business case, future proof services from a well aligned supplier with a smooth transition and a reliable contract.  

Approach: 

Whitebridge Consulting delivered the results by driving the project for the client end to end with a core team covering all necessary aspects of SIAM, End User services, Cloud and infrastructure management, Cloud Center of Expertise, OT and Security. The approach consisted of: 

  • Benchmarking the services, cost and price levels 
  • Get insights in the Market through a Market challenge with 6 global suppliers
  • Executed an agile and collaborative contracting process with 3 suppliers
  • Build the contract SoWs and the 
  • Included the Transition & Transformation planning
  • Execute the T&T program management, MoC and Benefits realization

All according to plan and budget
